He is Vice President of the Insurance Institute of London.

Brian started his career as a journalist and producer at the BBC before finding that his passion lay in campaigning for social causes. Brian has since become a dedicated campaigner, helping to improve the lives of those severely affected by mental illness, initially as Director of External Affairs at Rethink Mental Illness and as Co-Chair of the National Suicide Prevention Alliance. Brian is now responsible for Campaigns and Policy, Communications, Fundraising and Participation at Rethink Mental Illness and is the CEO of Mental Health UK.

Dame Jayne-Anne is the Founder and Executive Chair of Snoop. From 2007 to 2018 she was the CEO of Virgin Money.

A Chartered Accountant, she spent six years at Norwich Union (now Aviva) before becoming one of the founders of Virgin Direct in 1995. Three years later, she set up the Virgin One account, which was acquired by the Royal Bank of Scotland in 2001. She subsequently spent five years at RBS before returning to Virgin as CEO of Virgin Money.

From 2016 to 2021 she was the UK Government’s Women in Finance Champion and continues to support and promote the Women in Finance Charter as an advisor. In 2018 she was named Leader of the Year at the Lloyds Bank National Business Awards. 

She is a Trustee of the Tate and sits on the Mayor of London’s Business Advisory Board, the Financial Inclusion Policy Forum and Lloyds Culture Advisory Group.

She was awarded a CBE in the 2014 New Year’s Honours list and made a Dame in the 2019 Honours list.

She is an international motivational speaker including chairing the Bloomberg summit round table with UN Women in Mumbai and was awarded an OBE for diversity across banking in 2017. She now acts as Trustee, Advisor to organisations like Queens Commonwealth Trust across 53 countries, Alzheimer’s Soc and NED on TLC Lions reaching over 1 million employees across 230 companies globally on inclusion, wellbeing and leadership culture using the power of storytelling to awaken a more empathic culture.

Moses Ojeisekhoba

CEO Reinsurance, Swiss Re

Moses Ojeisekhoba started his career in insurance as a registered representative and agent of The Prudential Insurance Company of America in 1990. From 1992 to 1996, he was a Risk and Underwriting Manager at Unico American Corporation. He then joined the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies as regional Underwriting Manager and in 1999 became Corporate Product Development Manager in New Jersey and thereafter moved to London as Strategic Marketing Manager for Chubb Europe. In 2002, he was appointed International Field Operations Officer for Chubb Personal Insurance before becoming Head Asia-Pacific in 2009, a position he remained in until he joined Swiss Re.

Moses Ojeisekhoba joined Swiss Re in February 2012 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer Reinsurance Asia, Regional President Asia and member of the Group Executive Committee in March 2012. In July 2016, Moses Ojeisekhoba was appointed as Chief Executive Officer Reinsurance.

Caroline spent five years as Head of Marketing and Communications at Lloyd’s of London – seeing the organisation through the largest-ever fraud trial, Concorde crashing and 9/11. Since then she has built a market-leading practice in this sector – working for many of the world’s leading insurance businesses, offering both strategic advice and tactical support.

She has particular depth of expertise in crisis communications, but also works with clients to identify issues and messages and then to communicate them consistently across the right channels.
