Empowering insurance innovation

The Lloyd’s Innovation Lab continued to go from strength to strength during 2020, delivering two additional programmes targeted at COVID solutions; Fusion – a three-day fast-track programme, and a COVID sprint that ran over the summer.

Transforming Lloyd’s culture is a strategic imperative for the future success of our marketplace – one which is powered by the intellect of its people, who together create our shared culture and our shared future.


Having embarked on a three-year journey to improve performance, 2020’s process was all about delivering logical, realistic and achievable plans – something which was particularly important given the level of disruption and uncertainty caused by COVID-19.
