Run regular team offsite events
Design and run team “offsites” where colleagues are able to listen to leadership and peers, engage in business matters and informal activities that encourage relationship building.
Create a safe space for employees
Introduce an safe space or physical environment to meet on a regular basis and encourage open communication and transparency through weekly check-ins with individuals.
Develop a vision statement for all teams
Encourage teams to create their own vision statement that aligns to the organisations vision. Create team charters that provide clear accountability and encourage teams to collaborate and co create within their work.
Embed culture at all organizational meetings
Establish a standing agenda item for culture at all meetings across the organisation. This will ensure that culture is a priority for all employees and everyone is accountable for driving the desired culture
