The Gender Inclusion Network for Insurance aims to leverage diversity and inclusion to produce tangible business results that drive cultural change. Membership is open to both women and men across the insurance industry who want to take positive action to improve the gender balance within the industry.
Insurance Culture Awareness Network (iCAN)
iCAN is the first industry-wide, independent, volunteer-run network that supports multicultural inclusion across the insurance sector. Our goal is to promote multicultural inclusion and progression, engage with allies, and celebrate the benefits of inclusion and diversity in the industry.

Link is the cross-insurance industry LGBTQ+ network whose mission is to make the insurance industry the employer of choice for the LGBTQ+ community. Link looks to support the attraction and development of LGBTQ+ talent into, and within, the insurance industry by engaging and collaborating with market participants, the LGBTQ+ community and diversity networks.

IFN is focused on making the insurance industry as family friendly as possible allowing all those with family and caring responsibilities to reach their full career potential, achieve a happy, healthy and productive work and family life and feel truly included.
Insurance Disability, Ability & Wellbeing Network (iDawn)
iDAWN was created to help people thrive by providing a support network for mental ill health, disability and long-term medical conditions within the insurance sector. Their focus is on promoting wellbeing and proactive personal resilience, encouraging open discussions about how to improve mental health and disability and illness inclusion.
Next Generation Insurance Network
The Next Generation Insurance Network (NGIN) empowers the next generation to shape the world they live in by providing professional development and networking opportunities through an annual programme of events. NGIN works closely with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, Lloyd’s, and other leading industry bodies to create a platform where ideas can be shared, relationships forged and careers supported.

Equity is a recruitment agency and network dedicated to addressing under-representation in the insurance industry and City by fostering vibrant communities and breaking down barriers. Founded by two Lloyds Underwriters fuelled by their lived experiences as ethnic minority professionals, they work with Insurers and City firms to connect our community of students and professionals with firms through engaging events, incisive research, impactful mentoring, and active recruitment.
