To help with how organisations could establish the initial five key characteristics of leadership, ethics, respect, trust and motivation, we have provided some example areas of how you could demonstrate this behaviour under each culture theme through our culture maturity checklists.
Some points to note:
- The checklists provide you with guidance and are not a one size fits all approach. Your organisation might display similar concepts that are not identical
- You will select a bespoke number of items that will enhance your organisation’s culture
- The checklists are non-exhaustive, there are other examples of things that make an organisation high performing, these are good place to start
- We expect to see you make progress and a concerted effort to take steps in the right direction and meet more of the points over time
