We actively focus on attracting and recruiting people from diverse backgrounds to help fill our opportunities.
An active focus
Reasonable Adjustments
Inclusive recruitment goals
We have set out an ambition for the Lloyd’s market and Corporation:
Ethnicity
For 1 in 3 new hires in the market and Corporation to come from ethnic minority backgrounds, monitoring progress at all levels. This will have the impact of growing ethnic minority representation in the market total workforce.
Gender
To improve the gender balance in leadership roles across the market, the Corporation has set a short-term target of 35% female representation in leadership positions across the market to be achieved by 31 December 2023 (Board, ExCo, ExCo Direct Report).
