Y3821 - Completion of United States Syndicate Information Statements (SIS)

The purpose of this Bulletin is to provide instructions to managing agents for the preparationof the new US Syndicate Information Statement (“SIS”) incorporating the terms of the newUnited States Closing Agreement and using new software. Additionally managing agentsare requested to check pre-populated data (see 4 below) and report any discrepancies tothe Members’ Services Unit (MSU). 31 May 2006
