Our research with market participants in 2020 told us that the way information was provided for cash calls was disparate and inconsistent resulting in rework and delay.
On Thursday 10 June 2021 we published a new Cash Call Template to address these issues: standardising the process and ensuring the template is completed accurately first time will make raising cash calls more efficient and effective.
The new template is available below and is accompanied by a short introductory film and demonstration that takes you through the template step by step.

The Cash Call Template is the first of four process improvements that will provide benefits for market participants and customers in a more effective, efficient, and transparent end-to-end claims process.
