Information on the countries for which Lloyd’s issues UK tax residence certificates to Managing Agents to present if withholding taxes are being applied.
Listed below are the Certificates of UK Tax Residence that are currently provided to Managing Agents by Lloyd’s.

Please refer to Lloyd’s Crystal for additional country specific requirements by selecting the relevant country and risk, or alternatively select all risks (link at the bottom of the page).
- India - (Issued in January and April in the same year to keep in line with the Indian Tax year.)
- Mexico - (Includes the syndicate level member percentages for each applicable syndicate)
*These Certificates of Residence relate to Lloyd’s Syndicate Members only and are therefore only relevant where the business is written by Lloyd’s Syndicate Members. For business written by Lloyd’s Insurance Company SA (Lloyd’s Europe), please email LloydsEurope.Tax@lloyds.com to obtain the relevant Certificate of Residence.
