| Claims Event | Febuary | In February we had, together with a delegation of our Brussel colleagues, a claims event in Rotterdam. Topics of discussion were Lloyd's oversight and the claims process, introduction to the LMA and workshops on TPA bordereaux and DASATs reporting, Co-ordinated TP audits and one on Supporting loss adjusters to provide a first class claims service. |
| Legal event | March | In March we had our first legal event, hosted by our Legal & Compliance officer, Claartje Sweere. Together with her colleagues from Brussel, legal topics like handling claims, TPA Bordereaux and DASATs reporting and TPA Audits. It was a great opportunity for our coverholders to learn more about these topics and also had the opportunity to meet our team in Brussels. |

Events 2018

| Coverholder event | 2018 | For our coverholders and service companies we organised this yearly event in Kasteel Heeswijk. We had presentations of our London based colleagues who talked about Brexit & Brussels, but also Lloyd´s was interviewed by 2 of our coverholders to get an understand of their view on Lloyd's. |
| Roadshow | 2018 | Melior, one of our coverholders, organised a roadshow in which we had a share in the programme to explain Lloyd´s and the consequences on Brexit. |
