Lloyd’s process training programme has concluded, but in 2023 there will continue to be a range of support and training material available for your adoption of Faster Claims Payment (FCP), including training videos for managing agents, brokers and Delegated Claims Administrators; adoption ‘Drop-in' sessions; webinars, knowledge articles and on-line training materials.
