Lloyd’s process training programme has concluded, but in 2023 there will continue to be a range of support and training material available for your adoption of Faster Claims Payment (FCP), including adoption ‘Drop-in' sessions and other events, introductory videos, and on-line training materials on the LIMOSS website. Please email FCP@lloyds.com for more information or to receive a copy of the end-to-end process guide.
