Training and support

We offer a range of support and training during your adoption of Faster Claims Payment (FCP), including instructor-led training (in-person and virtual) for managing agents, brokers and Delegated Claims Administrators; adoption training ‘Drop-in clinics’; knowledge articles and on-line training materials; and quick reference guides. Please see below for summaries of the process training, the courses available, and booking links.

Drop-in clinics

Every month we will host two ‘drop-in’ sessions – one in-person in the Lloyd’s building and one virtual – to answer questions about FCP and the onboarding process and to assist those who have already begun the FCP journey with tips and additional guidance.
