On Thursday 9 February, Lloyd’s and the London Market Joint Ventures (owned by the IUA, Lloyd’s and DXC), hosted an event to update the market on the key areas of focus for 2023 and 2024.
If you were unable to attend you can find the slides and recording of the event below. With over 200 market leaders attending from the London market, it was a great way to come together to discuss some of the key areas of delivery, and give more detail on the customer journeys within placement, premiums and claims.
The event included updates from Bob James (Market Transformation Director, Lloyd’s), Bob Verber (Interim CEO London Market Joint Ventures), and Chris Halbard (President EMEA DXC Technology).
Before an overview on Sequence Two was presented by (Martin Kelsh, Chief Growth Officer, London Market Joint Ventures) and Anne Pearsall (Head of Product, London Market Joint Ventures) and an update on placement and premium journey from Steve Hicks (Deputy Market Transformation Director, Lloyd’s) and Ruan Ebersohn (Programme Director, DXC Technology.)
The afternoon ended with two breakouts sessions; one on placement and premium products including update on the digital gateway and the last session on claims. The sessions were really interactive and had a number of questions asked throughout. We will be sharing the Q and A from the event soon.
