Italy – Amendment to Public Tender Procedure

Where Lloyd’s Italian Office (LIO) is requested to pay costs and expenses in connection with a successful public tender bid made by a syndicate, LIO will pay these on behalf of the syndicate. Lloyd's will recover the money directly from the syndicate in December each year.

Section 18 of the public tender procedure for Italy has been amended accordingly and revised versions are available on Crystal in English or Italian.
