Neurodiversity in the workplace session

As part of our International Day of Persons with Disabilities activities and Culture Upskilling Programme, we are delighted to invite you to join us for a session on neurodiversity in the workplace. The session will help you achieve a common understanding of what neurodiversity means, build your confidence on effective communication with neurodivergent colleagues and will enable delegates to reflect on practical steps to support performance and create a positive employee experience.

This session will be introduced by Sara Gomez, Chief People Officer, Lloyd’s and Executive Sponsor of the Disability Community and will be delivered by the Clear Company.
