Election to the Council of Lloyd's

By a Notice dated 27 October 2017 members were informed of the vacancies arising.

At the close of Nominations, at 1.00pm on Wednesday 15 November 2017, valid nomination papers had been received as follows:

Working member – two candidates for two vacancies

Mr Simon Charles Waldegrave BEALE
Ms Karen Ann GREEN

As the number of working member candidates equals the number of vacancies, a ballot will not be necessary. Mr Beale and Ms Green have therefore each been re-elected.

C-External member – one candidate for one vacancy

Hiscox Dedicated Corporate Member Limited (represented by Mr Robert Simon CHILDS)

As the number of C-external candidates equals the number of vacancies, a ballot will not be necessary. Hiscox Dedicated Corporate Member Limited (represented by Mr Childs) has been re-elected.

All terms of office will commence on 1 February 2018, and the terms of office shall be for three years.
