By a notice dated 13 October 2022, members were informed of the vacancy arising on the Council of Lloyd’s.
At the close of the nomination process, valid nominations had been received as follows:
Working member – two candidates for one vacancy
Mr Richard DUDLEY
Mr Brad IRICK
As the number of Working member candidates exceeds the number of vacancies, a ballot will be held. Further information in relation to the ballot is being provided to members today.
The term of office for this Working member seat will commence on 1 February 2023 and will be for a period of three years unless terminated earlier in accordance with paragraph 5.28 of the Constitutional Arrangements Byelaw (No. 2 of 2010).
