Election of members to the Council of Lloyds
Following the close of the ballot to elect two corporate external members on Friday 20 November 2020 at 13.00 Asta Corporate Member Limited (represented by Ms Karen Green) and Flectat Limited (represented by Mr Michael Watson) have both been elected to the Council of Lloyd’s for terms commencing on 1 December 2020.

The results of the ballot as received from Civica Election Services (the independent scrutineers for the election) are as follows:

*In accordance with Lloyd’s Byelaws, votes for the corporate external vacancies have been calculated on the following basis:
• each C-external member of the Society had 1000 votes for every £500,000 or part thereof of voting capacity attributable to that C-external member of the Society on the voting record date (18 November 2020); and
• each external individual member of the Society had 1 vote for every £500,000 or part thereof of voting capacity attributable to that external individual member of the Society on the voting record date.
