Consumer Alert for MC Capital Holding SA.

Lloyd’s has become aware that a business known as “MC Capital Holding SA” also known as “MCC Capital Group” has disseminated documents, which falsely represent to their clients that they can purchase a “Financial Guarantee Insurance, Policy of Insurance for Trade Credit and related classes”. The trading address Lloyd’s has identified for this entity is Rue Adrien-Lachenal 20, 1207 Geneva (Switzerland).

MC Capital Holding SA currently uses these email addresses: sales@mccgroup.ch and rob.barclay@mccgroup.ch.

Please be aware that these individuals are acting without Lloyd’s authority and are using fraudulent documents. Any parties relying on the above representations should be aware that no such coverage with underwriters at Lloyd’s exists.
