It has come to Lloyd’s attention that certain financial instruments (so-called “Down Payment Bonds”) issued by, or naming, the following entities have been issued naming Lloyd’s.
Please be aware that there is no association whatsoever between Lloyd’s and The Column Corporation or Column Assurance (purportedly located in either Indiana or Ohio) nor do they hold any authority from Lloyd’s to allow them to arrange any insurance coverage or issue insurance documentation (including, but not limited to, “Down Payment Bonds”) on behalf of underwriters at Lloyd’s.
