The event was well attended by 85 delegates, including brokers, cedants and risk managers of the local market. Valdir Serra from Lloyd’s Brazil presented a summary of Lloyd’s recent Cyber reports “Closing the Gap” and “Counting the Costs” and was followed by the key note speaker of the event Paul Gooch, cyber underwriter from Tokio Marine Kiln syndicate.

The event also featured cyber risks presentations by KPMG and DAC Beachcroft, as well as a speakers’ panel discussion moderated by the President of Lloyd’s Brazil Marco Castro. Lloyd’s innovative solutions, experience and expertise on Cyber risks were raised very high at the event and it is expected that Lloyd’s syndicates will be able to strength the development of their Cyber business in Brazil.
