Notification to the auction office

The following disclosure notices have been posted on the lloyds.com website since Auction Newsletter No4 was published on 4 November 2016:

Syndicate 308 managed by Tokio Marine Kiln Syndicates Limited

Syndicate 308 will not participate in auction three on 15 and 16 November 2016.  This is for the same reason as was published in Newsletter No.2 dated 28 October 2016 and Tokio Marine Kiln Syndicates Limited has issued an auction disclosure dated 14 November 2016 (Auction Disclosure No: 2016018) on this matter.

Auction 3 – reminder of dates/times

Auction 3 will be held on Tuesday 15 and Wednesday 16 November 2016.

The Auction system will be open for bid submission at the following times:

Wednesday (Day 1) from 9am until 1pm

Thursday (Day 2) from 10am until 2pm

Bid Staging & Submission

The auction office has opened the third Auction for Issuers to prepare and stage their bids ahead of the live auction being opened at 9am on Tuesday.
