It is the intention of the Executors of the Estate of the Late J Gilbart to tender capacity held by the estate in the 2017 Auction season. Furthermore, an Executor of the Estate of Mr Gilbart is a Lloyd’s Underwriting Member and has an association with another Lloyd’s Corporate Member. This Executor may choose to bid to purchase some or all of that capacity on behalf of himself or the associated Corporate Member.
As such, it is important that all Auction participants be in possession of the same information about the action the Estate intends to take ahead of the Auction season.
For this reason, we are able to confirm that it is the intention of the Executors of the Gilbart Estate to tender the following capacity at 0.1p in Auction 1, Day 1 and any unsold capacity will be placed in the subsequent two Auctions at the same price:
