We have been advised that the ratification of the Revised Paris Convention for nuclear liabilities will now not occur until 01/01/2022.
Whilst this is disappointing, it is not wholly surprising given the ability to ratify complex treaties in the current environment.
The effect will be to reduce circa GBP 4m of expected additional premiums on the liability account (risk code NL) from our approved 2021 business plan.
