Canopius Managing Agents Limited (“CMA”) has appointed Stephen Gargrave as Chief Underwriting Officer and sole Active Underwriter for Syndicates 958 and 4444.

Mike Duffy and Paul Dilley have relinquished their positions as joint active underwriters of the syndicates.  Mike Duffy remains a Director of CMA and Paul Dilley continues as Head of Underwriting, UK Specialty.

These changes have been made to simplify the structure of the company and in response to Lloyd’s requirements and are effective immediately.
