The Board of Directors of Argo Managing Agency Limited have approved the transfer of the Reinsurance To Close (RITC) of the 2017 Year of Account (YOA) and the prior YOA of Syndicate 1200 (S1200) to Syndicate 3500 (S3500) managed by Riverstone Managing Agency Limited.

The 2018 YOA and the future YOAs would be retained by S1200 under the continued management of Argo Managing Agency Limited.

The transaction is expected to receive regulatory approval in the fourth quarter of 2020 with the RITC becoming effective on 1st January 2020.
