Richard Dudley is a non-underwriting working member of Lloyd’s, and has worked in the Lloyd’s market for nearly thirty years. He is the Global Head of Climate Strategy at Aon, and prior to taking up that role was CEO of Aon’s Global Broking Centre. Previously his career was in reinsurance – latterly as CEO of the UK & Ireland and Specialties divisions of Aon Reinsurance. Richard is also an Executive Action Committee member on the Insurance Taskforce of the Sustainable Markets Initiative, a former Chair of the London & International Insurance Brokers’ Association (LIIBA) board and a former member of the London Market Group board.
Richard also serves as Chair of the Insurance United Against Dementia Board (a UK insurance industry initiative supporting Alzheimer’s Society) and as a trustee of the London Insurance Market Charitable Trust.
