Richard Dudley is a non-underwriting working member of Lloyd’s and has worked in the Lloyd’s market for thirty years. He is currently the Group Chief Broking Officer at BMS. Prior to that, he held several leadership roles at Aon, including Global Head of Climate Strategy, CEO of Aon’s Global Broking Centre in London and CEO of the UK & Ireland and Specialties divisions of Aon Reinsurance. Richard is also Deputy President Designate of the Insurance Institute of London, a former Chair of the London & International Insurance Brokers’ Association (LIIBA) and a former member of the London Market Group board.

Richard also serves as Chair of the Insurance United Against Dementia Board (a UK insurance industry initiative supporting Alzheimer’s Society) and as a trustee of the London Insurance Market Charitable Trust.
