Sustema behavioural analytics provides commercial insurers with a comparative analysis of the corporate behaviour of over 17,000 companies worldwide. Sustainability and ESG are components of sound corporate behaviour that is analysed by Sustema behavioural analytics (BASE).

During the 10-week programme, Sustema was able to stress test its business hypothesis with market participants, and the constructive feedback from doing helped to refine their business model and value proposition. As a result, Sustema was able to develop Sustema BASE, which is a user-friendly product that enables improved underwriting profitability and makes ESG metrics actionable in the core business of underwriting.
