Overview

Optimiz creates digital records of cargo condition, automates inspection reports and shares this with third parties. Its administration system supports claim and delivery processes as policyholders take a photo or video to capture the condition of their cargo to either initiate the eFNOL process or document delivery. These systems’ workflows can be customised to the needs of the insurer.
