BreachBits is a cyber risk monitoring, testing, and rating company that uses real attacker techniques to achieve scalable and rigorous cyber risk quantification. BreachBits has automated elite U.S. military cyber attacker techniques using artificial intelligence.

BreachBits primarily focused on discovering and tackling the biggest challenges in the cyber market from Lloyd’s brokers and carriers that were not addressed by other cybersecurity-related firms. BreachBits particularly focused on enabling brokers and carriers to capitalise on the growing cyber market by mitigating threats and writing more risks faster.

During the programme, BreachBits were able to design and launch two new products: Cyber Questionnaire Validator; which uses BreachRisk AI to automatically answer important application questions allowing more risks to be written and faster & Cyber Pre-Claim Intervention a fully passive no-install that monitors broker and carrier portfolios for routine and emergent threats as well as alerting brokers and policyholders prior to attackers achieving a breach. Since the Accelerator programme, BreachBits have secured 3 contracts among 3 well-known Lloyd’s cyber brokers and carriers. As of March 2025, they are finalising an insurance-focused fundraising round directly resulting from their work in the lab, with their sales pipeline tripling in volume due to the Lloyd’s Lab Demo Day session and referrals from other Lab alumni.
