For those members who wish to buy and sell securities within their funds at Lloyd's, a FCA authorised stockbroker or investment manager must be appointed to trade on their behalf

View all 'Member Services'Members who wish to buy and sell securities within their funds at Lloyd's must first appoint a stockbroker or investment manager (firm) to trade on their behalf.
The firm must be FCA authorised and is required to enter into a Master Agreement with Lloyd's, which in turn will allow members to appoint the Firm.

Once it has been established that a Firm has a Master Agreement in place, members can proceed in appointing the Firm by completing a Lloyd's Form of Appointment. To arrange for a form to be issued, please contact the Membership Team on:
The completion of a Lloyd's Form of Appointment by a member / depositor and the firm, brings into effect a Customer Agreement between the member/depositor, the firm and Lloyd's.
