Audience: Managers in the Corporation and market that have been managing people for less than 5 years or who have received limited exposure to management development in the past. There are UK and global versions of the programme available.

UK Cost: £0, all fees covered by the apprenticeship levy
Global Cost: £3,000
Approach: Mix of face-to-face workshops (London / UK only), virtual workshops, action-learning sets, live webinars, mentoring and self-directed digital learning. Activity spread over 12 months for the global programme or 18 months for the UK programme in line with the government requirement for apprenticeship funding.
Accreditation: CMI Chartered Manager status and CMI Level 5 Certificate or Award in Management and Leadership.
