In this VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) world, managers are a key driver of business performance and culture. Managers must demonstrate the highest standards of work and behaviour to create an engaging and motivating culture and maximise their team’s performance, ultimately assisting in the long-term growth of their organisations.

This programme builds effective managers who think critically about business challenges, deliver operationally and nurture high performing teams.


Audience

Managers in the Corporation and market that have been managing people for less than 5 years or who have received limited exposure to management development in the past. There are UK and global versions of the programme available.

Our offering is available to employees of companies that are within the Lloyd's and London Insurance market (Managing agents/Brokers/Coverholders/Companies such as TPAs which are registered at Lloyd's)

Lighthouse group, one of the UK’s leading management development experts. The programmes will be delivered by trainers who have real life, business relevant experience, who will help you understand and apply best practise to your workplace.  


Cost

UK Cost: £0, all fees covered by the apprenticeship levy

Global Cost: £3,000


Approach

Mix of face-to-face workshops (London / UK only), virtual workshops, action-learning sets, live webinars, mentoring and self-directed digital learning. Activity spread over 12 months for the global programme or 18 months for the UK programme in line with the government requirement for apprenticeship funding.


Accreditation

CMI Chartered Manager status and CMI Level 5 Certificate or Award in Management and Leadership.
