The LCTD governs the Lloyd’s Canadian trust fund, held in Canada, in which premiums and other receipts in connection with Canadian situs business are held to meet liabilities in respect of that business.
Security deposits provided or maintained in respect of the insurance business of members in accordance with the statutory or other requirements applicable in Canada.This deed governs the Lloyd’s Canadian Margin Fund, a joint asset trust fund in Canada securing payment of judgment debts in respect of post-1992 Canadian regulated business in the event they are not satisfied out of the Lloyd’s Canadian Trust Fund.
