Visits to Lloyd’s award winning headquarters are restricted to insurance business related groups and also to university or business schools studying business or finance.
Visits are subject to the group/university/business school being sponsored by a Lloyd’s pass-holder from a Lloyd’s managing agent, Lloyd’s broker or Corporation of Lloyd’s Department.
If your party is sponsored by one of the above, please email us below with details of your own organization and your sponsor (i.e. the sponsoring company name and contact details). Once we have your sponsor’s approval, we will be able to advise if we can offer a tour.
In support of the measures we are all being asked to take to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, we are currently not conducting physical tours of the Lloyd’s building. Please check back here as government guidelines change or contact us below for more information.
As we are currently unable to conduct physical tours of the building, we are pleased to be able to offer a virtual tour. This comprises a presentation by one of our tour guides explaining the structure of the Market and how it operates, the roles of underwriters, brokers, Corporation of Lloyd’s with supporting facts and figures. We also cover the history of the market and highlight some of the items of historical interest that we usually cover on the actual tour, such as the Loss Book, Lutine Bell and Adam Room. The presentation can be delivered on a variety of video conferencing platforms and lasts approximately one hour.
Please contact us below for more information or to arrange a virtual tour.
