Cycle parking

Lower Ground

Secure cycle parking facilities are available for Corporation staff and building tenants at Lower Ground level, adjacent to Tower 5.

Additional bike racks are available throughout the Lower Ground level.

Hearing loop

Main reception

We provide a hearing loop for those with hearing impairments. Please go to our main reception.

Lockers

Upper Basement

Permanent lockers are available in the building. To obtain a locker, or to be added to the waiting list, please contact us.

If you no longer need your locker, please return your key to main reception.

Temporary lockers are available for daily use from the event desk on the Upper Basement.

Our prayer room is located on Gallery 7 in Room 713.

It is open to anyone in the building.

Female toilets can be found on the Upper Basement floor, in Tower 5 on Gallery 1, in Tower 1 on Gallery 2, in Tower 5 on Gallery 3, in Tower 3 on Gallery 4, in Tower 1 on Gallery 5, in Tower 5 on Gallery 6, in Tower 3 on Gallery 7, in Tower 1 on Gallery 8, In Tower 5 on Gallery 9, in Tower 5 on Gallery 10, in Tower 5 on Gallery 11 and in Tower 1 on Gallery 12. Male toilets can be found on the Upper Basement floor, in Towers 1 and 3 on Gallery 1, in Towers 3 and 5 on Gallery 2, in Towers 1 and 3 on Gallery 3, in Towers 1 and 5 on Gallery 4, in Towers 3 and 5 on Gallery 5, in Towers 1 and 3 on Gallery 6, in Towers 1 and 5 on Gallery 7, in Towers 3 and 5 on Gallery 8, in Towers 1 and 3 on Gallery 9, in Tower 1 on Gallery 10, in Tower 1 on Gallery 11 and in Tower 5 on Gallery 12. Showers

Upper Basement

Showers are located in the toilets on the Upper Basement. Additional showers are located in the Cloakroom on the Upper Basement.

Towels and toiletries are provided.

Wi-Fi

Lloyd's passholders and visitors to the building can access our free Wi-Fi service.
