The Customer Oversight Team has developed a conduct e-learning module which is available to the market, including to Coverholders and DCAs, free of charge. The module will give you an overview of:
- What good conduct looks like
- How to manage risk conduct within your firm
- How good conduct could and should lead to sustainable business
- Lloyd’s expectations of those in the distribution chain
We strongly encourage all staff who work with products that may be sold to individuals, microenterprises or SMEs to complete the training.
