Sara Gomez

Sara is an experienced Chief People Officer who joined Lloyd's in July 2021.
She has led multiple transformation programmes and has deep experience in organisational development, talent strategy and culture.
Sara has broad Financial Services experience having worked at Direct Line Insurance between 2008- 2015 where she was part of the RBS IPO in 2012 and as Chief People Officer at the FinTech Greensill from 2018 – 2021 where she created the new People function and employee proposition during a period of high global growth. Sara also has extensive retail experience having spent the first 10 years of her career in this sector and as People Director at Moss Bros from 2015-2018.
