Fiona Luck has over 30 years’ experience in insurance and reinsurance. She is currently a non-executive director of the Convex group, of HSBC Bank Bermuda Limited, and Chair of Phoenix Re Bermuda Limited. She has previously held non-executive directorships for the Bermuda Monetary Authority, Allied World Holdings Ltd and Catlin Holdings Ltd. Prior to that, she spent a decade at XL Capital Ltd in a variety of senior roles, including Chief of Staff and Executive Vice-President responsible for Strategy, Global HR, IT and Corporate Social Responsibility. She was President and CEO of Marsh and McLennan’s Bermuda operation from 1992 to 1996. She is a Chartered Accountant.
