Race Equality Matters

In 2020, diversity champions Green Park and The Collaboratory co-founded Race Equality Matters. It is a not-for-profit community interest company.

Their purpose is to accelerate meaningful change in the workplace—change that is relevant, addresses the workplace issues that ethnically diverse employees face, and is action-oriented and impact-driven.

They do this by co-creating solutions for the changemakers who drive race equality in organisations and communities in the UK and beyond. Find out more here:

The Gender Inclusion Network for Insurance aims to leverage diversity and inclusion to produce tangible business results that drive cultural change. Membership is open to both women and men across the insurance industry who want to take positive action to improve the gender balance within the industry.

The Insurance Cultural Awareness Network (iCAN) is the first industry-wide, independent, volunteer-run network that supports multicultural inclusion across the insurance sector. Our goal is to promote multicultural inclusion and progression, engage with allies, and celebrate the benefits of inclusion and diversity in the industry.

Link is the cross-insurance industry LGBTQ+ network whose mission is to make the insurance industry the employer of choice for the LGBTQ+ community. 

Link looks to support the attraction and development of LGBTQ+ talent into, and within, the insurance industry by engaging and collaborating with market participants, the LGBTQ+ community and diversity networks to drive inclusion and acceptance within the workplace.

iDAWN was created to help people thrive by providing a support network for mental ill health, disability and long-term medical conditions within the insurance sector. 

Their focus is on promoting wellbeing and proactive personal resilience, encouraging open discussions about how to improve mental health and disability and illness inclusion.

The Next Generation Insurance Network (NGIN) empowers the next generation to shape the world they live in by providing professional development and networking opportunities through an annual programme of events. 

Based in the London Insurance Market, NGIN works closely with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, Lloyd’s, and other leading industry bodies to create a platform where ideas can be shared, relationships forged and careers supported.

The ACIN implements an expansive network between its members, black and minority ethnic Insurance professionals, diversity thought leaders, its corporate sponsors, relationships with overseas insurance associations & Educational institutions.
