As the Lloyd's community prioritise core operations and support for customers and employees in response to COVID-19, we have been taking stock of how we can sharpen delivery focus for the Future at Lloyd's.
In her latest video blog, executive sponsor Jennifer Rigby talks about how we paring back activity in the coming months to recognise the pressure on individuals and teams.
She describes the key market priorities we’ll be focusing on during this period. These include the next generation document-plus-data version of PPL which is a core component of our complex risk platform, our new digital solution for coverholder business and new process efficiencies for claims. She explains how foundational and design work will carry on for data, technology, lead follow and middle and back office, scaled back to support these key priorities.
