Delegated Contract and Oversight Manager Release One confirmed’
In March we announced our plans to roll out Lloyd’s new binder registration platform, Delegated Contract and Oversight Manager (DCOM), which replaces the existing system (BAR). The project has progressed well, and we are now in the final stages of registering market firms and completing the final technical testing.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has contributed to the project to date.
We are now able to confirm the launch and cut-over dates for DCOM as follows:
- Monday 21 June: DCOM will be open for market firms’ devolved administrators to set up users in their organisations. This should allow sufficient time for you to complete onboarding activities up until Friday 9 July.
- Friday 16 July: The BAR freeze period begins, one week ahead of cut-over.
- Monday 26 July: DCOM live date for the registration of new binding authority agreements, renewals and endorsements. By this date all historic data from BAR will be migrated and available on DCOM.
This timeline will enable market firms to complete their onboarding activities, including the completion of signing Market User Agreements and devolved administrator registrations, and completion of all final testing activity.
As we approach the DCOM go-live, we will continue to monitor progress and keep you updated. In the meantime, for further information on DCOM, please visit our web page or contact Lloyd’s DA Change Team by emailing DAchangesupport@lloyds.com.
