The Gender Inclusion Network (GIN) is an insurance industry network aiming to achieve gender balance for all.
We use our position in the industry to offer insightful events, informative content and inspiring access to advocates, allies and mentors who work hard to promote inclusion.
Link’s mission is to make the insurance industry the employer of choice for the LGBTQ+ community.
Our mission remains unchanged from forming in 2014: Inclusion@Lloyd’s provides the governance and strategy to ensure diversity and inclusion best practice is the norm that every insurance firm strives for.
