Lloyd’s Member Services Transformation – InvestCloud Platform Go-Live – FAL Online availability
Lloyd’s is changing its core platform to InvestCloud and our existing Tarot platform will be decommissioned this weekend. During the transition period of 26th to 28th November, the Lloyd’s FAL Online portal will not be available.
Whilst Lloyd’s will endeavour to keep any settlement disruption to a minimum, these changes may impact settlements during this time. Your continued patience during this transition period will be greatly appreciated.
Should any areas of the platform migration encounter difficulties, we will of course be in contact and work with you accordingly as we resolve any temporary migration issues.
