Applications for our 2024 Graduate Opportunities

For 2024, we are running seven core programmes for graduates: Business, Insurance, Actuarial, Tax, Member Services, Finance and Markets Insurance. The programmes are designed to give you an encompassing range of experiences to discover your strengths and interests. Equipped with those insights, you’ll be able to choose your professional path and achieve your aspirations.

Actuarial Graduate Programme

The Actuarial team at Lloyd’s is responsible for oversight of market reserves and capital. As part of this rotational scheme, you can expect plenty of variety as you hone your commercial awareness and work towards a professional qualification with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA).

This two-year programme is perfect for someone who is interested in a career in Finance, but wants to gain experience in all areas before deciding where to specialise.

This programme is aimed at those that want to learn how a global business operates. It doesn’t have a specific insurance focus – instead it offers a rounded introduction to different professional areas and skills. As you rotate through roles within the Corporation, the scheme will provide you with an insight into four core business areas here at Lloyd's.
