Our Business Graduate Programme is aimed at those that want to learn how a global business operates. Although we operate in the insurance industry, this scheme doesn’t have a specific insurance focus – instead it offers a rounded introduction to different professional areas and skills.

What qualification do you gain?
Whilst on the programme you will study for the Level 5 Diploma for Leaders and Managers which will set you up for success during and after your Graduate Programme finishes.
What could you be doing?
Our Business Graduate programme will give you access to rotate across core business functions here at Lloyd's. This ranges from Finance and Operational teams, to HR and Corporate Affairs roles. You could be supporting employees across the globe, working towards the delivery of key projects, or developing business strategy.

In person Assessment Centre at the Lloyd’s of London building
You will need to be available to attend an assessment centre on one of the following mornings: 20th March, 27th March, 10th April, 17th April, or 24th April. You will be informed in advance which specific date you are required to attend.
