The Operations Innovation Facility is a new initiative that launched in summer 2021. The OIF comprises 15+ insurers in the market.
The insurers have joined to collectively define common operational problems and to support lean business cases for collaborative “test, learn, scale” experiments; those which are too small to be addressed by the Future at Lloyd’s strategy.
