Although we operate in the insurance industry, this scheme doesn’t have a specific insurance focus – instead it offers a rounded introduction to different professional areas and skills.

What qualifications do you need?
To take part in our apprentice programmes, you are required to have A Levels or equivalent (Grade B or above) and GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4 or above).
What could you be doing?
Our Business Degree Apprenticeship programme will give you access to rotate across core business functions here at Lloyd's. This ranges from Finance and Operational teams, to HR and Commercial roles. You could be supporting employees across the globe, working towards the delivery of key projects, or developing business strategy.
What qualification do you gain?
Whilst on the programme you will study towards your Business Management Degree, and your Chartered Manager qualification.

Assessment centre
You will need to be available to attend an assessment centre on one of the following mornings: 10th April, 17th April, or 24th April. You will be informed in advance which specific date you are required to attend.
