Although we operate in the insurance industry, this scheme doesn’t have a specific insurance focus – instead it offers a rounded introduction to different professional areas and skills.

What qualifications do you need?
To take part in our apprentice programmes, you are required to have A Levels or equivalent (Grade C or above) and GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4 or above).
What could you be doing?
Our Business Degree Apprenticeship programme will give you access to rotate across core business functions here at Lloyd's. This ranges from Finance and Operational teams, to HR and Corporate Affiar roles. You could be supporting employees across the globe, working towards the deivery of key projects, or developing business strategy.
What qualification do you gain?
Whilst on the programme you will study towards your Business Management Degree, and your Chartered Manager qualification.
