Our apprenticeship programmes
The Lloyd's Apprenticeship Programme is an exciting alternative for those who don’t wish to go to university. In 2026, we are running two schemes: Insurance and Business.
To take part in our apprentice programmes, you are required to have A Levels or equivalent (Grade B or above) and GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4 or above).
Applications open on the 9th February 2026.

What do we look for?
We are looking for those who are curious about our organization and future opportunities with us. Here at Lloyd's, we take a strengths-based approach to assessment. We want to explore what stimulates and inspires you, instead of placing too much emphasis on what experience you may already have.
