Please note that Lloyd’s Insurance Company S.A. does not offer insurance directly to policyholders but only through intermediaries (Brokers, Coverholders, and Managing Agents) who handle the underwriting and claims activities on LIC’s behalf.
In the event of a claim, policyholders must follow the instructions set out in their insurance policy. The appropriate parties to be notified are specified in the policy and should be contacted in accordance with the claims procedure outlined. If you struggle to find the contact details, you may send us the policy documents and we will support you.
We do not require personal details at this stage and advise you not to send them until requested by the claim handler.
If you are interested in obtaining insurance at Lloyd’s Europe, please contact an independent agent or broker.
Despite the similarity in names, “Lloyds Bank,” “Lloyd's Register,” and Lloyd’s of London, along with its fiduciary Lloyd’s Insurance Company (LIC), are completely unconnected organizations. Please verify before contacting Lloyd’s Insurance Company (LIC), also called Lloyd’s Europe.
