Lloyd’s are once again proud to support Dive In as it enters its eighth consecutive year. By uniting our industry to form a global movement, Dive In plays a significant role in focusing on how we continue to promote action for diversity in all its forms and develop healthy inclusive workplace cultures.

The global festival will help the insurance industry prepare for the future, providing practical ideas and inspiration for how to bring about positive change.

The theme for this year’s festival is building braver cultures.

Celebrating the success of Dive In

Since its launch in 2015, Dive In has continued to grow in both numbers and geography. Last year there was a record 145 virtual events across 35 countries, reaching 31,067 people from 103 countries worldwide throughout the three days of the festival.

Following the global success of last year’s festival reaching its largest ever audience, a record number of countries are expected to host virtual events this year.

Dive In is an Inclusion@Lloyd’s initiative that has been running each year since 2015.
