Lloyd’s 2021 AGM Results Announcement

The following two resolutions were considered at the Lloyd’s Annual General Meeting on the 20 May 2021:

Resolution One: That the Society of Lloyd's Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 have been examined and the Society of Lloyd's 2020 Annual Report received, and

Resolution Two: To appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the auditors of the Aggregate Accounts to hold office from the conclusion of the meeting to the end of the next period for appointing auditors under paragraph 5(2) of Schedule 3 to the Insurance Accounts Directive (Lloyd's Syndicate and Aggregate Accounts) Regulations 2008.

The vote was conducted on a show of hands basis with both resolutions receiving unanimous support from members. Proxy votes lodged before the meeting supported the same outcome, with 100% votes being cast in favour of Resolution One and 100% of votes being cast in favour of Resolution Two.
